Lori is a photographer by heart with a passion for continued growth. Her favorite part of photography is bringing out the natural vibrancy of her home located in the Panhandle of Florida.
Lori is a Florida Native raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland; an area known for wildlife, horses on the beach and vast amounts of water exploration. Growing up a child in South Florida, Lori was climbing trees, capturing frogs, and playing in dirt. A tomboy at heart, Lori has a strong attraction to the colors of nature.
Life as a child was not easy, her great move to a new chapter was meant to be. Her childhood fueled unwavering mental growth and she practiced as a pharmacist for almost 10 years with 15 years in total experience in pharmacy. Today, she is exploring nature by the leaps and bounds and building an infinite love of warm sunset hues and human beauty.
Throughout middle school, Lori learned how her mother was a model. She dazed and dreamed of the beauty behind her poses, composition and leading lines. Her obsession of color was also fueled by watching her mom working full time as one of the first female press operators in Broward County. From this point in the timeline, Lori watched her mother as she mixed colors in industrial printing machines, showing different pallettes of a clients work. This is where the fire started for her.
In highschool, she borrowed a camera from a friend and it became life changing. She bought a Kodak, and explored around the waterways of her new Maryland home capturing surreal feelings that could only be explained with a snap of her camera.
Her photographs emphasize vibrance, deep colors with a dark hue. Her skills are strong in the editing, composition and color scheme of photos. She is building a world for herself to show to women they too can become stong and independent creators of the world.
She is available for photography and small video projects. She has a passion in quiet explorations of springs, various waterways and beaches, bringing out the most beautiful colors off the Emerald Coast of Florida.
